I really appreciate the customer service Mike gave me. After a big miscommunication with one of his dispatchers; Mike quickly responded and not only helped me to understand why the product wasn’t working properly but also gave me vital information about how to properly microdose while I’m on a certain medication. Less than a half hour he had somebody at my door, free delivery, replacement of product and even added some chocolate. I am very impressed with his work ethic and dedication to remedy the situation accordingly. Even though we will be moving out of state, he now has loyal customers for as long as we’re able to. I’m very much so looking forward to see how this will help with my Anxiety, depression and cPTSD in a more natural way. Thanks again, Mike for your knowledge and kindness.
